Adding and Removing Internal Users



As an Administrator, you can add or remove Internal users, manage their login credentials and assign them to a group or groups

Adding an Internal User

To add a new user:

  1. Go to Manage Voyager > Security > Users



  2. Click New Account 



  3. Enter a Username and Password (users can change their passwords later) 
  4. You can also add the user to a an existing group - click the Groups box to see a list of currently defined groups

Deleting a User

To remove an existing user account: 

  1. Go to Manage Voyager > Security > Internal



  2. Click User Account 



  3. Click Delete
