Enabling Field Editing

Administrators can edit the fields users see in the UI. This can be very useful for updating the presentation of a record without disturbing the underlying metadata.  When Field Editing is enabled, you configure the visible fields in the Detail Page section of a Display Template.

NOTE:

Field Editing requires Voyager's Community Extension.  This is standard with the Pro license and can be purchased for the Basic license.  Contact sales@voyagersearch.com to add this extension to your Basic license.

Enabling Field Editing

  1. Go to Manage Voyager > Security > Permissions
