Increasing the Upper Limit for Tagging and Flagging Records

Normally, Voyager allows up to 250 records to be Tagged or Flagged. You can increase that limit by manually editing two configuration files in the Voyager installation directory (this value cannot be changed from the Voyager UI). To increase the upper record limit, you need to change the value of the BulkLimit setting in the config.js file in Voyager's installation directory.

NOTE: We strongly recommend keeping this number as close to 250 as possible, since tagging and flagging slows down considerably when too many items are included in the queue.

Editing the Configuration File for Navigo

To change this setting in the Navigo UI:

  1. Go to the install directory (usually C:\voyager\server_1.9.x)
  2. Open the app\web\navigo folder
  3. Open the config.js file with a text editor such as Notepad

  4. Change the BulkLimit value
  5. Save the file
  6. Restart Voyager to load the new value
