Editing Fields for a Single Record

In Navigo, you can edit the value of a field associated with records in the search results (similar to tagging).  Editing Fields is a quick way to mark content, and you can use Field values to filter results and make it easier to share with other users.

You can Edit Fields for an individual record or you can add them to all of the records in the search results (up to a limit of 250 records).

NOTE: Before you can Edit Fields:

• Field Editing must be enabled by an administrator
• You must have Edit Fields permissions

Editing Fields for a Single Record

To Edit Fields in Navigo:

• Select a record from the Search Results
• Editiable Fields show an Edit link at the right
  
  
• Click Edit for the Field you wish to edit
• Enter a value in the box
  
  
  
  
• Press Return
